We are seeking a motivated Hardware Engineering Intern to join our team and contribute to developing cutting‑edge IoT devices. The role will work cross‑functionally and integrate projects into the greater product scheme picture.

What You Will Do
  • Work on sensor and gateway products with direct impact on cleantech and sustainability
  • Collaborate with hardware and software engineers on research, development and implementation
  • Improve hardware systems and contribute to product innovation
  • Participate in cross‑disciplinary projects involving mechanical & electrical components
About You
  • Pursuing bachelors, associates, or advanced degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or similar discipline
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a team environment/product iteration cycle
  • Motivated, driven, startup founder mindset, desire to drive positive change in the world

Our Interview Process

1. Phone screen with Laminar Head of Ops or Recruiter (15‑20 minutes)

2. Intro call with Hiring Manager (30 minutes)

3. On‑site interview, including short tour of GTL, overview of tech, and interview/presentation with the Hiring Manager and a few team members. Depending on the role, a skills exercise that should take no longer than an hour to prep, would be sent ahead of time.
