Architectural Project Manager

Description

+ Lead and support project delivery from concept through construction, ensuring alignment with design vision and client goals

+ Prepare fee proposals, track project budgets, and monitor expenses to maintain financial performance

+ Evaluate scope changes and manage updates to project fees, schedules, and deliverables

+ Facilitate internal and external meetings, supporting design teams through key project milestones

+ Collaborate closely with consultants to coordinate technical requirements while preserving design intent

+ Contribute strategic solutions to complex design and technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle

+ Oversee the development, coordination, and submission of design documentation at all project phases

+ Review project documents to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to design intent and contractual requirements

+ Support consultant selection, onboarding, and coordination in partnership with internal teams and clients

+ Drive clear communication and alignment across project teams, clients, and external stakeholders

+ Travel to project sites to coordinate with consultants and client teams as needed

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field

+ 10+ years of experience in architecture, including 3+ years in a Project Manager role

+ Proven experience working on a variety of project types, including projects through construction

+ Proficiency in Revit is required

Experience with international projects

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Somerville, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $72.00/hr.
