Senior IAM Engineer

The Opportunity
We are looking for an engineer with hands on experience with Enterprise IGA solution, preferably Saviynt or Sailpoint. We highly prefer JML experience integrating with systems like Workday, Azure, and Service Now. The Senior IAM Engineer will report to the Manager of Identity and Access Management, the Sr IAM Engineer is an integral member of the team responsible for the design, implementation, provisioning, maintenance, and support of the Mass General Brigham (MGB) Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms and systems.
The Sr IAM Engineer designs, plans, implements the productive, effective, and secure delivery of IAM systems that are supported on a 24/7/365 basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university required.
- 5+ years of experience in IT required.
- 2-5 years of experience in an Identity and Access Management role, with an emphasis on Identity Governance Administration
- Experience with Saviynt or other IGA platforms preferred (SailPoint, Oracle, One Identity, Omada)
- Healthcare experience helpful
Skills For Success
- Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and deploying IGA solutions in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and other operating systems such as Linux and Apple (e.g., MacOS and Linux) is desired.
- Experience with modern IGA platforms (Saviynt, SailPoint, Oracle, etc.) to enable secure applications, data and infrastructure for Cloud (Office 365, AWS, Azure, GCP, Salesforce, Workday) and Enterprise solutions required.
- Working knowledge on administration integration and tickets processing in Service Now highly desired
- Knowledge of information security technologies is required.
- Experience with handling and resolving customer issues or problems.
- Exceptional communication skills, the ability to learn and be self-directed, independent, diligent in completing tasks
- Knowledge and experience of Cloud IAM features, functionalities, technologies, and techniques desired
- Ability to lead team members
- Successful ability to cross-train less experienced Engineers
- Lead meeting discussions

- M-F Eastern Business Hours Full Time required
- Hybrid model includes in person onsite work at MGB local sites, weekly or monthly, to be determined based on business needs
- Must be flexible for weekly or monthly in person stakeholder meetings, team meetings and internal customer needs
- On remote workdays, employees must use a stable, secure, and compliant workstation in a quiet environment. Teams video is required and must be accessed using MGB-provided equipment
