Assembly Tech​/Junior HW Engineer

• Perform PCB assembly and testing for new R&D systems and assist in bring-up alongside the Hardware Team.
• Contribute to basic firmware development, documentation preparation, and research to evaluate new sensing technologies.
• Collaborate with Senior Engineers across Hardware and Embedded Systems to test performance and integrate technologies into field prototypes.
• Support rapid prototype iteration and influence hardware product design with hands-on execution.

• Hands-on hardware assembly and testing experience with familiarity in basic firmware development.
• Self-sufficient, hands-on engineer who learns quickly and asks questions when needed.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Hardware and Embedded Systems teams to evaluate technologies and improve prototypes.
• Strong documentation and communication skills to support clear reporting and iterative development.
