Formlabs is growing by the minute, and we’re looking for more operational muscle on our Finance & Accounting team. At Formlabs, this intensely focused and dedicated team applies careful attention to executing transactions within our financial operations, troubleshooting and providing key stakeholders with information required to manage our scaling business.

Internship Term :
Summer 2025 (June 2 - August 22). Commitment :
Full‑time. Location :
Onsite in Somerville, MA.
Support the finance team through a rotational program focused on accounts receivable, accounts payable, and FP&A. The nature of rotations and durations are subject to change based on business needs.
- Accounts Receivable Rotation (approximately 4 weeks):
Process transactions across various accounts receivable functions including sales order approvals, credit check review, resolve sales and customer tickets, execute debt collection processes; analysis & reporting of accounts receivable data; provide support for internal and external projects. - Accounts Payable Rotation (approximately 4 weeks):
Process and analyze invoices, expense reports & cost summaries; work across teams to support our global procurement and ordering cycles. - FP&A Rotation (approximately 4 weeks):
Assist in the preparation of a detailed FY 2025 budget; contribute to the month‑end/quarter‑end close process, including the consolidation of financial data and preparation of presentation materials; work on special projects that enhance strategic decision‑making and improve overall operations.
- Excellent communication, research, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.

- Interested in gaining experience in many areas of the finance function.
- Ability to partner with other departments within the organization including sales and various budget owners and external customers.
