- Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or related field
- 8–12 years of professional experience, primarily focused on transaction advisory services, financial due diligence, or Quality of Earnings engagements.
- CPA preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading buy-side and sell-side QoE engagements across multiple industries and transaction sizes.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, revenue recognition, and financial statement analysis.
- Experience operating in private equity transaction environments with demanding timelines and significant client interaction.
- Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex financial information into clear, actionable recommendations for investors and executives.
