Speech Language Pathologist Part-time

Overview

Boston Speech Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a part-time capacity. This role offers flexibility while supporting individuals with communication disorders. You will work with clients of various ages, assessing their needs and developing tailored treatment plans.

This position will be at an elementary school near Somerville, MA for 15 hours per week. This is a 1099 position. Pay: 60-80/hour.

• Conduct assessments for speech and language disorders
• Create and implement individualized therapy plans based on client needs
• Provide direct therapy sessions
• Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals for holistic treatment approaches
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation on client progress
• Stay informed about the latest research and techniques in the field

• Master s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Experience in assessing and treating speech and language disorders (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
