• Hybrid outpatient position; 32 hours per week
• Patients seen both in-office and remotely
• FQHC community health setting
• Collaborate with full healthcare team on treatment planning and psychosocial assessments
• Maintain referral resource network throughout the service area
• Continuing Education time provided to stay current on therapeutic interventions
• LICSW or LMHC license required per Massachusetts state law
• Master's degree in Social Work and one year of full-time experience required

Salary from $58400.00 to $68000.00 annually
