School Board Certified Behavior Analyst

This School Board Certified Behavior Analyst role is a 5-week contract based in Somerville, Massachusetts, offering up to $67 per hour. The analyst will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with school staff to support students with autism and other behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students in a school setting.
  • Implement and monitor intervention strategies to support students with autism and other behavioral challenges.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with district and state regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.
Qualifications:
  • MA BCBA license required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a BCBA managing autism caseloads and working with students in school settings.
  • Strong communication, patience, and adaptability essential.
  • Ability to work with K-4 students in a school environment.
  • Background checks required.
