Responsible for analyzing, developing, documenting, and supporting clinical content, workflows, and system configuration to advance clinical operations at Mass General Brigham Health Plan. This role will play a key part in the organization’s Epic implementation efforts, serving as a clinical informatics subject matter expert and partnering with operational, clinical, and technical teams to design, build, test, and optimize Epic functionality.
Particular emphasis will be placed on supporting Epic Security and Link modules to ensure appropriate access, workflow efficiency, data integrity, and operational readiness for Clinical Team users.
- Manages the process for content development, standardization, coordination, maintenance, and archiving.
- Manages and coordinates the gathering and synthesis of current clinical content, as well as the development of new clinical content.
- Manages content development and helps to inform and build activities between and among work groups.
- Leads assigned work groups and facilitates interactions and communication to arrive at solutions for content development and management.
- Provides coordination and direction to complete assigned clinical content tasks, produce required deliverables, track and resolve issues, and meet relevant project milestones according to the established timeline.
Education Bachelor's Degree required and Master's Degree preferred; experience can be considered in lieu of a degree License/Certifications Epic Certification (Security, Link, Healthy Planet, and Ambulatory) highly preferred
ExperienceAt least 5-7 years of experience in clinical informatics required
Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAuthority-level knowledge of clinical operations and related business processes. Excellent leadership and supervisory skills. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Proficient with standard office technologies and software. Strategic and able to quickly understand and discuss situations and challenges.

This is a remote role that will include occasional (2-3x/year) team meetings at the office Monday through Friday, eastern business hours required Remote workdays require a stable, secure, quiet, and HIPAA-compliant workspace. This will be confirmed via Microsoft Teams video for all employees
