At Ivy Health, a Clinic Director (CD) is essentially the CEO of their space. This hybrid role is designed for an experienced clinician who wants to balance high-quality, hands‑on patient care with team leadership, clinical mentorship, and business operations. Backed by Ivy’s extensive corporate support network, you will manage daily clinic operations, mentor staff clinicians, own your clinic’s financial health, and build strong referral relationships within your local community.

• $90,000 to $115,000/year (based on location, experience, certs, etc.)
• Competitive Director bonus plan (starting at $6K potential annually)

• With the utilization of ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool), clinicians can expect a significant reduction in their normal documentation time, allowing them to spend more quality time with patients and keeping their notes AT work.

• Strong work ethic and determination to establish community presence and referral relationships.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice required due to the patient treatment component.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred.
