Pool Attendant

Join the team at Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area as a Pool Attendant, ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable pool environment for our guests. This role is perfect for someone who is attentive, friendly, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the pool area, including cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, furniture, and pool deck.
• Monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety and enforce all pool rules and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with any questions or needs related to the pool facilities.
• Perform regular inspections of pool equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down poolside furniture and equipment as needed.
• Respond promptly and effectively to any emergencies or safety concerns around the pool area.

• Previous experience in a pool attendant or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of pool safety and cleaning procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, holidays and available to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday's a must.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

• Competitive hourly wage of $18.00-$18.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
