Housekeeping Supervisor

Join our team at Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area as a Housekeeping Supervisor, where you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests in Somerville, MA.

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and staff
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for quality standards
• Manage room assignments, supplies, and inventories
• Address guest concerns and ensure safety and sanitation compliance
• Coordinate with other departments and assist with cleaning as needed

• Minimum of 2 years of housekeeping and supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling
• Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties
• Familiarity with housekeeping systems and basic computer skills

• Competitive hourly wage of $21.00-$21.00, paid bi-weekly.
