This role will serve as a full-cycle industrial recruiter, leading high-volume recruiting initiatives focused primarily on hourly operations and production talent, including machine operators, maintenance personnel, and other manufacturing professionals.
ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Drive a positive candidate experience through proactive communication, timely follow-up, and constructive feedback throughout the hiring process.
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers by understanding workforce needs, setting expectations, and providing regular recruiting updates.
Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on candidate selection, market trends, competitive compensation, and hiring strategies.
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify active and passive candidates while building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Source and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels, including Linked In, Indeed, Handshake, Circa, referrals, networking events, and other recruiting platforms.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Incorporate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) best practices throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
Partner with hiring leaders to promote fair, unbiased, and inclusive hiring decisions.
Monitor and achieve key recruiting performance metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, quality of hire, and offer acceptance rates.
Leverage recruiting data and analytics to identify trends, improve hiring outcomes, and enhance recruiting effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, including EEOC and OFCCP regulations.
RequiredBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting manufacturing, industrial, operations, or skilled trades hiring.
Proven success managing high-volume recruitment efforts in a fast-paced environment.
Strong candidate sourcing skills utilizing Linked In Recruiter, job boards, social networking platforms, and other recruiting tools.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS);
Greenhouse experience preferred.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate recruiting data.
PreferredExperience recruiting for manufacturing, production, plant operations, maintenance, logistics, or skilled trades positions.
Experience supporting multiple locations or distributed operations.
Familiarity with workforce planning, talent pipeline development, and recruitment metrics reporting.
