Senior Human Resources Manager

$140,000–$180,000 + bonus

• Own and run the people infrastructure supporting the company’s continued growth
• High-impact role with ownership across HRIS, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and HR operations
• Opportunity to strengthen and scale existing HR programs, policies, and processes
• Serve as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers across the organization
• Opportunity to directly manage an HR Coordinator as the team continues to grow

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions and HR-related matters
• Own and maintain the HRIS, including employee records, data accuracy, and personnel files
• Manage benefits administration, broker relationships, employee education, and open enrollment
• Ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws, required postings, recordkeeping, and audits
• Guide managers on employee relations matters including performance issues, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns
• Own the employee offboarding process from start to finish
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure a seamless transition from recruiting through onboarding
• Manage HR vendors and consultants supporting the organization
• Strengthen and scale HR operations programs, policies, and processes as the company grows

• 5+ years of HR generalist or HR operations experience
• Hands-on HRIS experience;
  Rippling experience strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of employment law and multi-state HR compliance
• Experience managing benefits administration and broker partnerships
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization
• Highly organized and self-directed with strong judgment
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred
• SHRM or HCI certification preferred
• High-growth startup experience preferred
