We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Operations Engineer to support and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and operational processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of IT environments while providing technical support and driving continuous improvements across infrastructure and operational services.

• Monitor, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud environments, and enterprise systems.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of business-critical applications and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Perform system administration tasks, including patch management, upgrades, and configuration management.
• Support incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution activities.
• Implement and maintain system monitoring, alerting, and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
• Assist with disaster recovery planning, backup management, and business continuity initiatives.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and system inventories.
• Participate in infrastructure projects, system deployments, and process improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT Operations, Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support, or related roles.
• Experience supporting Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper‑V.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Power Shell, Python, or Bash.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Datadog, Nagios, or Solar Winds.
• Experience with Dev Ops, automation, and infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator, or ITIL.
