Job Summary The Opportunity Full Time M-F This position will serve on our Digital Patient Experience team and will be a key member of our CRM Platform Management team focused on Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.

The Software Engineer is vital to the team and will implement, maintain, and support technical platforms comprising software, networks, hardware, and databases. Responsible for the implementation and support of technical solutions, including platform systems that require critical aspects of infrastructure, network, application, database, and security frameworks.

Manage day-to-day operations of enterprise platforms, including applications, servers, storage, and networked services.

Monitor and optimize platform performance, availability, and capacity.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues across multiple environments.

Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency.

Contribute to the design and implementation of new platforms and services.

Participate in platform upgrades, migrations, and patch management.

Support security hardening and vulnerability remediation efforts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and technical projects.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Computer Science required

Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required

MGB can consider and review, experience in lieu of a degree for this role Experience as a systems engineer or related position 3-5 years required

Skills for Success Proficient in administering enterprise systems and platforms.

Strong understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, and load balancers.

Strong understanding of data structure and database systems.

Intermediate scripting and automation skills to streamline operational tasks.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid environments.

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex system and application issues.

Experience with system monitoring tools and interpreting performance data.

Understanding of system security concepts and the implementation of security-leading practices.

Effective collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Salesforce Developer Certifications Preferred:
Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2, Java script Certified Developer Salesforce Administrator Certifications Preferred:
Administrator 201, Administrator 301 preferred.

Experience with Object Oriented Programming

Languages:

Java experience required

Experience with .NET Core, C#, React, MVC, HTML/JavaScript/Ajax, and XML preferred.

Experience with the Lightning Framework and the creation of Lightning Web Components

Experience with responsive UI design utilizing frameworks like Bootstrap preferred.

Experience with Relational Database design and development using MS SQL Server.

Experience developing Integration Web Services with RESTful and SOAP protocols.

Experience with APIs, Integration principles (ideally including Epic).Proficiency with developing reports is desired.

Experience with Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Team Foundation Server, Azure Dev Ops, and SharePoint is desired.

Experience with Agile, Scrum or CMMI software development methodologies is desired.
