Key Responsibilities

* Support day-to-day Epic Data Courier administration and migration activities, ensuring accurate and efficient movement of application data across environments.

* Partner with application teams to review, validate, and coordinate Data Courier migration requests, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to established change control processes.

* Collaborate with Epic application analysts to develop and manage Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)-driven migration plans and deployment requests.

* Perform audits and quality reviews of Data Courier migrations to ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance requirements, and best practices.

* Assist in the design and execution of data migration strategies, including large-scale data loads and environment synchronization activities.

* Monitor Epic platform performance, system availability, and migration outcomes, proactively identifying and escalating issues as needed.

* Support continuous improvement efforts by helping to optimize migration workflows, documentation, and operational processes.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree Computer Science required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required

* Can this role review and consider experience in lieu of a degree? Yes

* Knowledge or education in systems engineering or system administration 0-1 year required

* Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and system administration principles.

* Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).

* Strong understanding of data structure and database systems.

* Ability to follow documented procedures and contribute to team projects.

* Strong scripting skills (Power Shell, Bash, Python).

* Understanding of system monitoring concepts and basic troubleshooting techniques.

* Proficient problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

* Ability to document processes and maintain accurate records.

* Willingness to learn new technologies and tools.

* Working Model:
Hyrid onsite at least 1x weekly with planned day in office for team and business meetings

* A quiet, secure, compliant workspace is required for remote workdays, and will be viewed and confirmed via Microsoft Teams Video on day 1
