Product Manager, Digital Solutions

What You'll Do

* Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital and technology solutions.

* Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to shape product direction.

* Partner with stakeholders and end users to uncover high-value opportunities and solve complex business challenges.

* Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and design through launch, adoption, and ongoing enhancements.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data scientists, infrastructure teams, and business leaders to deliver innovative solutions.

* Prioritize product investments and release plans based on user value, business impact, and strategic goals.

* Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making.

* Support and champion quality management practices throughout the product lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

* Experience defining and delivering successful digital, software, or technology products.

* Strong understanding of product strategy, product lifecycle management, and agile methodologies.

* Ability to translate business needs into product requirements and actionable roadmaps.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required

* Can this role review and consider experience in lieu of a degree? Yes

* Experience in a product management or product development role with team lead duties 3-5 years required

* Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
