Formlabs in Somerville, MA is seeking a Fulfillment Coordinator to ensure orders flow smoothly from Shopify to Net Suite and our 3PL network. You will monitor daily orders, resolve exceptions, and coordinate carrier pickups with Fed Ex, UPS, and DHL to meet shipping deadlines.
The role requires 1–3 years of fulfillment or logistics experience, a Bachelor’s in a related field (or equivalent), strong organizational and communication skills, and a proactive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
