Formlabs is seeking a Fulfillment Coordinator in Somerville, MA to ensure smooth order flow between Shopify, Net Suite, and our 3PL warehouse system. You will manage order exceptions, coordinate with Fed Ex/UPS/DHL, and drive on-time shipping while maintaining accuracy in inventory records.
You’ll work with Customer Success to communicate updates on high-priority orders and participate in weekly cycle counts to reconcile stock levels.
