Formlabs in Somerville, MA is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to own daily order flow and ensure orders sync between Shopify, Net Suite, and our 3PL warehouse management systems.
You will resolve exceptions, coordinate daily carrier pickups with Fed Ex, UPS, and DHL, support returns and reverse logistics, and provide real-time updates to our Customer Success team for high‑priority orders. Equity in compensation is offered as RSUs, with base pay determined by skills, location and impact.
