Hexcel is seeking a Direct Material Sourcing Manager to lead category and supplier strategy across multiple U.S. sites, reporting to the U.S. Sourcing Director.
You will drive cost, quality and delivery improvements via strategic negotiations and standardized processes. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or business, 5+ years in manufacturing sourcing, and proficiency with Excel and Power BI. US citizenship and ability to obtain DOD clearance are required.
