Our Property Management client is seeking an experienced Service Manager to help lead and grow their Maintenance Division. In this role, you’ll coach and supervise personnel, ensure top-quality service, and maintain operational excellence. (Boston, MA ; Up to $90,000)
Key Responsibilities- Train, mentor, and direct maintenance staff and supervisors
- Create and implement service procedures and preventative maintenance calendars
- Oversee inventory, approve timecards, and maintain department records
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff training
- Support marketing and sales for maintenance services
- 3+ years’ management experience in service or property management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with budget management and cost control
