* 5+ years of related experience; experience working with the behavioral health population strongly preferred.
* Demonstrated experience managing complex projects in a matrixed environment is preferred.
* Inpatient assessment and service coordination experience required
* Must have 2-3 years of project management experience; experience managing a remote/hybrid team preferred.
* Experience with in Behavioral Health and/or inpatient admissions processes preferred
* Strong communication and organizational skills, with an attention to detail, ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and projects, meet deadlines, and manage a schedule.
* High degree of initiative along with the ability to act as a team player, working collaboratively with others across the department and the organization.
* Relationship and stakeholder management skills with demonstrated experience interacting with leadership across levels of management and clinical expertise, both internally and externally
* Analytical with demonstrated experience in managing in a highly matrixed organization
* Sound judgement and ability to navigate and support change management processes within a team and system
