Job Summary
Leads a team of digital professionals within a designated specialty or area. Contributes to decisions on implementing, maintaining, and optimizing digital resources and processes within the specialty. Ensures effective execution of digital initiatives aligned with team goals.
Essential Functions- Manages the day‑to‑day activities of a team of digital professionals, focusing on producing deliverables on time and within budget.
- Employs service‑management and/or project‑management methodologies to deliver high‑quality work products.
- Attracts, retains, and develops high‑quality staff.
- Establishes and maintains a work environment conducive to high performance.
- Promotes and encourages a high‑quality customer‑service experience for all customers – internal and external.
- Collaborates well with other teams and departments to produce results.
- Manages medium‑complexity projects and/or services.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field. Experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
5–7 years working in a digital specialty/area overseen by the management position.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in project management, product management, and/or service‑management methods.
- Proven ability to attract, mentor, and develop staff.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and with vendors to achieve results.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high‑quality customer service.
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Monday to Friday Eastern Business Hours – full time required.
- Hybrid model includes in‑person onsite work at MGB local sites, weekly or monthly, determined by business needs.
- Must be flexible for weekly or monthly in‑person stakeholder meetings, team meetings, and internal customer needs.
- On remote workdays, use a stable, secure, and compliant workstation in a quiet environment. Video calls are required and must be accessed using MGB‑provided equipment.
