Manager MGB Digital Radiation Oncology

Summary

Leads a team of digital professionals within a designated specialty or area. Contributes to decisions on implementing, maintaining, and optimizing digital resources and processes within the specialty. Ensures effective execution of digital initiatives aligned with team goals.

• Works with Digital directors to establish the team's goals and objectives, often participating in defining work products and timelines.
• Manages the day‑to‑day activities of a team of Digital professionals. Focuses on producing the team's deliverables on time and within budget.
• Employs service management and/or project management methodologies to deliver high‑quality work products.
• Attracts, retains, and develops high‑quality staff.
• Establishes and maintains a work environment conducive to high performance.
• Promotes and encourages a high‑quality customer service experience for all customers – internal and external.
• Collaborates well with other teams and departments to produce results.
• Manages medium complexity projects and/or services.

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems required or Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study required.

Experience:

Working in a digital specialty/area that the management position oversees for 5‑7 years required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in project management, product management, and/or service management methods.
• Proven ability to attract, mentor, and develop staff.
• Demonstrated experience as a collaborator, working across different teams/groups and with vendors to achieve results.
• Demonstrated commitment to the delivery of high‑quality customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

• M-F Eastern Business Hours Full Time required.
• Hybrid model includes in person onsite work at MGB local sites, weekly or monthly, to be determined based on business needs.
• Must be flexible for weekly or monthly in person stakeholder meetings, team meetings and internal customer needs.
• On remote workdays, employees must use a stable, secure, and compliant workstation in a quiet environment. Teams video is required and must be accessed using MGB‑provided equipment.
