Job Description

Your Opportunity to Join Our Team

We are looking for dedicated and reliable Pet Food Forklift Operator to join our team. In this hands‑on role, you will play an essential part in the production of high‑quality pet food, contributing to every stage of the process— from raw material handling to packaging.

This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and fast‑paced environment. While no prior processing experience is required (training is provided), a current forklift license is essential for this role.

Shifts Available:
We are currently recruiting for Day Shift (5:00am - 1:06pm) &
Afternoon Shift (1:00pm – 9:06pm), with some flexibility required depending on production needs. Weekend work may be offered or required at times.

Daily Tasks
  • Operate machinery and equipment to process raw materials into finished pet food products
  • Safely load, unload, and transport materials using a forklift
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
  • Package, label, and stack finished products for distribution
  • Clean and maintain production areas and equipment
  • Accurately complete production and safety documentation
  • Follow workplace safety procedures, including PPE requirements
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
You Will Bring to This Role
  • A current and valid forklift license (Essential)
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to perform manual handling tasks and lift up to 25kg
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required
  • Previous experience in food or pet food manufacturing (desirable but not essential)
