Channel Marketing Manager

• Partner with Data Science, Digital, and Portfolio Marketing teams to build strategies across customer groups
• Develop strategic plans for revenue attainment based on funnel-generation activities
• Identify and implement omnichannel activities across the sales funnel
• Manage downstream lead transfer into , ideally through an automated process
• Create needs-based value propositions, messaging, targeted personas, and content with cross-functional and external partners
• Drive data-centric segmentation and targeting capabilities
• Lead audience activation across trade shows, paid search, on-site merchandising, email, webinars, and social media
• Develop and implement strategic plans across multiple marketing channels
• Assess omnichannel performance to improve process efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction, and capabilities
• Define critical metrics and measure channel performance against quality, cost, speed, and other KPIs
• Optimize omnichannel strategy using commercial feedback, voice-of-customer insights, analytics, and platforms such as Criteo
• Deliver sophisticated projects with measurable results
• Identify innovation and drive next-generation implementations, including generative AI automation initiatives
• Coordinate wireframe templates and creative elements for email and generative digital messaging
• Plan, implement, and analyze test campaigns
• Lead financial and budget planning, forecasting, and enablement activities
• Build and optimize scheduled, ad hoc, and automated email and push campaigns
• Use data and customer analytics to improve engagement across omnichannel activities

• 7+ years of marketing, agency, or B2B/B2C marketing experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience in life science, medical devices, and healthcare preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, including drug screening
• Strong experience in content, campaign creation, and marketing platforms across email, social, and on-site tactics
• Experience with customer segmentation and targeting
• Experience developing and implementing multichannel strategic plans
• Data-driven decision making and critical thinking skills
• Experience with analytics and performance reporting
• Experience with budget planning and forecasting
• Ability to work independently
• Exceptional communication skills
