We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager, Google Ads who will play a crucial role in driving our global paid acquisition strategies. You are a hands‑on performance marketer to own paid media in the Google ecosystem (Search, Shopping, You Tube, Display). You'll run campaigns day‑to‑day, manage budgets, and make the spend work harder. This is an IC role for someone who's equal parts strategic and operational, and who lets data drive the decisions.

• Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping, You Tube, Display)
• Own channel budgets and forecasts; manage to CAC, ROAS, and efficiency targets
• Allocate spend across markets, channels, and audiences to balance growth and efficiency
• Work with Analytics on measurement, incrementally, and attribution—and turn the results into action
• Constantly test new hypotheses, tactics, and partnerships that unlock scalable growth.

• 3+ years in performance/growth marketing with a track record of measurable results managing large budgets
• Deep hands‑on experience managing paid media budgets in Google shopping Ads.
• Strong analytical chops—you use data to decide, measure, and prioritize.
• Comfort building forecasts, managing budgets, and explaining business impact to senior stakeholders.
• Solid grasp of attribution, experimentation, and conversion optimization.
