The Entertainment Marketing Manager supports the development and execution of strategic entertainment partnerships and ambassador marketing initiatives that advance PUMA's brand and business objectives. This role manages day-to-day relationships with talent, partners, and internal stakeholders, while driving best-in-class marketing programs and coordinating cross-functional projects.

As a key member of the Entertainment Marketing team, the Manager helps identify opportunities, ensures seamless execution of initiatives, and contributes to the successful delivery of programs that enhance brand relevance and cultural impact.

• Support the development, planning, and execution of assigned long-term ambassador partnerships and integrated marketing initiatives.
• Manage and execute ad hoc entertainment marketing programs, ensuring timely delivery against business and brand objectives.
• Oversee the execution of assigned ambassador contractual deliverables, including photoshoots, social campaigns, media opportunities, and promotional activations, ensuring alignment with marketing plans and partnership commitments.
• Coordinate cross-functional work streams and stakeholder communication across Product, Creative, Business Units, Central Marketing, and Regional Marketing teams to drive seamless program execution.
• Lead day-to-day project management activities, including brief development, marketing plan management, creative reviews, timeline oversight, agency coordination, and campaign performance recaps.
• Handle assigned ambassador’s servicing needs such as invoice processing, securing product, booking travel, etc.

• Support product seeding initiatives and showroom activation with talent, influencers, and industry contacts.
• End to end seeding execution including proposal, budget allocation, fulfillment, tracking and reporting to ensure measurable results on product initiatives.
• Secure meaningful placement of PUMA on talent in line with seasonal brand priorities.
• Build & maintain relationships with talent and industry contacts (stylists, publicists and managers, record labels, etc.)
• Attend, work, and report on entertainment activations.

• 2-4+ years of experience in Brand or Entertainment Marketing
• A passion/understanding of brand tactics (PR/social/influencer/events/commercial etc.)
• Strong oral and written communication skills, both verbal and written
• Energetic with excellent people skills
• Dependable and responsible with the ability to take initiative
• Strong work ethic;

  Fast learner.
• Microsoft Office Proficient (Word, PPT, Excel, Teams)
• This position is hybrid in office 4 days a week is Hollywood, CA. Tuesday and Wednesday are mandatory all-team days.
• This position requires early morning, late-night and weekend work depending on business needs working with counterparts in Europe or ambassador schedule.
• 10-15% domestic travel required

The hiring range base pay for this position is $62,700 -$83,380 + Bonus + Benefits
