Key Responsibilities of the Travel Endoscopy Registered Nurse:
Assist physicians during endoscopic and other GI procedures
Prepare and maintain the sterile field, instruments, and equipment for procedures
Monitor patients before, during, and after sedation, ensuring safety and comfort
Administer medications and monitor vital signs according to protocol
Provide patient education on procedures, recovery, and follow-up care
Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and anesthesia providers to deliver efficient, high-quality care
Requirements of the Travel Endoscopy Registered Nurse:
Active RN license  (Massachusetts or compact state)
BLS certification required
Minimum of 2 years of recent Endoscopy experience including EPIC.
Strong knowledge of sedation, infection control, and endoscopic equipment
