The Virtual Registered Nurse (VRN) at Mass General Brigham Home Hospital is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care using advanced technology and remote patient monitoring. • Pay: $40.09 - $78.04/Hourly
• Location: Somerville, MA
• Facility: Mass General Brigham Home Care, Inc.
• Schedule: Full-Time, Day shift (7:00am-7:30pm)

• Perform and document nursing process, assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patients receiving care remotely.
• Conduct virtual care, patient assessment, and remote patient monitoring.
• Provide protocol-driven assessments and care coordination.
• Exhibit sound clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills.
• Maintain compliance with nursing guidelines and regulations.
• Perform admissions, discharges, and episodic visits through virtual care.
• Triage patient care calls outside of regular business hours.
• Serve as a role model for professional nursing practice.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex patient care problems.
• Complete timely documentation for all nursing care in Epic.

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.

• At least 3 years of Emergency Department experience required.
• Telemetry experience preferred.
• Telehealth and remote patient monitoring experience preferred.
• Telephone triage experience preferred.

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
• BLS certification required.
