The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for planning and providing patient care for patients in accordance with established Nursing Standards of Care. They demonstrate initiative, knowledge and clinical skills in caring for patients with complex needs. They effectively manage patients by assuming full responsibility for the assessment, plan, implementation and evaluation of nursing care.
Qualifications and Requirements- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
- MA RN Licensure required.
- Maintain current American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Minimum of two years current ambulatory nursing experience. Pediatric and OB/GYN experience required for family sites.
- Ability to speak a second language preferred.
Sign‑on and retention bonus up to $10,000 for newly hired RNs committing to a minimum of two years of employment at Cambridge Health Alliance. Part‑time employees may be eligible for a prorated retention bonus.
Final offer may vary within the listed Pay Range based on a candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
