About This Role

The BFT Homebase/Psych RN position at Mass General Brigham involves providing nursing support for the Homebase program, focusing on patient assessment and triage, particularly regarding mental health and substance use concerns. This part-time, temporary role is ideal for RNs who are organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently within a team.

• Location: Somerville, MA
• Facility: The General Hospital Corporation
• Schedule: Part-Time, Day shift
• Pay: $35.52 - $68.83/Hourly

• Assess and triage day-to-day patient concerns independently with APP/MD backup.
• Address mental health and substance use concerns and reinforce program expectations.
• Perform phlebotomy independently.
• Provide on-site coverage for patient needs.
• Complete phone calls one month prior to patient attendance.
• Communicate effectively within a large team.

• Education: RN required
• Experience: Experience in mental health and substance use preferred
