Role
Senior Research Associate, LNP Production, supporting development of lipid nanoparticle formulations for nucleic acid therapeutics.
Responsibilities- design, produce, and characterize LNPs for preclinical research
- optimize production processes across scales using equipment such as mixers, TFF, and related tech
- troubleshoot formulation challenges
- collaborate with scientists to interpret data and refine workflows
- document experiments thoroughly and communicate findings
- BS or MS in chemical engineering, biomedical sciences, or related field
- BS + 5 years or MS + 3 years of relevant experience
- hands-on expertise in LNP formulation, production, and characterization, particularly for mRNA, siRNA, or other genetic medicines
- familiarity with process equipment and physicochemical analysis techniques
- strong experimental, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- experience with scalable manufacturing processes and cross-functional collaboration
focus on lipid nanoparticle formulation and production for nucleic acid delivery, preclinical research support, and process optimization.
