Responsibilities include:

• Attend P&L meetings and communicate results to the Regional team
• Own the profitability of the store
• Develop and manage the annual budget
• Utilize training and recognition programs to engage staff
• Ensure consistency and profitability through system management
• Develop action plans to improve results
• Execute an annual business plan for flawless operations

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Passion for food and a desire to pursue culinary arts
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun
• Supportive and engaging leadership style
• Openness to learning and feedback
• Legal ability to work in the US
