PARLA XXI located at Assembly Row in Somerville is seeking an experienced, service-driven Lead Bartender that can develop our cocktail program while working at the bar nightly service.

This is a hands‑on role for a bartender who is innovative and service driven. One can be loved and sought after by our regular customers.

Train existing and new bartender, inventory, vendors, face and order supplies, and create seasonal menu.

• Execute cocktails with precision, speed, and consistency
• Provide attentive hospitality to bar guests
• Support the dining room as needed

• Maintain and update recipes, specs, and training materials
• Support seasonal cocktail development in collaboration with the kitchen
• Maintain batching standards, pars, and prep protocols
• Support inventory organization and ordering processes
• Ensure consistency across all bar shifts

• Mentor and train bartenders on technique, standards, and service
• Support onboarding of new team members
• Help foster a professional, team‑oriented bar culture

TIPS certification or equivalent responsible alcoholic service training preferred.

Employment Type:

Full‑time

Base Pay: $1000 - $2000/week
