AM Server

Join the team at Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area as an AM Server, where you will play an essential role in delivering outstanding breakfast service to our guests. In this position, you will ensure a welcoming and efficient dining experience by providing timely and courteous service in a fast-paced environment.

• Set up and maintain the breakfast service area, ensuring cleanliness and readiness before service begins.
• Serve guests with a friendly and professional attitude, taking and delivering orders accurately.
• Monitor food quality and replenishment to guarantee guest satisfaction throughout the morning hours.
• Assist in cleaning and resetting tables to prepare for new guests efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house team members to maintain smooth operations.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

• 2 years experience in a food service or server role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 5am.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Available to work Monday and Tuesdays.

• Pay ranging from $10hr-$19hr - base wage plus estimated tips for scheduled shifts paid bi-weekly. Tip earnings vary by shift; maximum reflects high-earning days for the scheduled shifts.
