The bfresh Assistant Team Captain is a developmental hourly position designed to be a training platform for candidates with retail department management experience who aspire to become the future Store Leaders in our organization. The Assistant Team Captain will work closely with the Team Coach (Store Manager) and Team Captain (Assistant Manager) to provide inspiration and guidance to the entire team so they are empowered to deliver a truly awesome customer experience.

The Assistant Team Captain will work with their Team Leads to ensure the Teammates are engaging with the customer on a personal level, are passionate about food, knowledgeable about our vision and our offerings, and have fun at work.

The Assistant Team Captain also performs the duties of Manager in Charge in rotation with the Team Coach and Team Captain, so a flexible availability is required.
