Position Overview

Run one of our industry leading cannabis retail stores and bring our Champions of Cannabis vision to life in your own store. Provide a friendly, welcoming and memorable Liberty experience to every customer and coach the team to do the same.

• Own the P&L and drive business with winning sales strategies (promotions, pricing, product changes, vendor days, etc.).
• Attract, retain and develop a high-performing customer‑centric team passionate about cannabis products.
• Analyze business, product insights and feedback to find and implement creative, out‑of‑the‑box ideas to improve store performance.
• Deliver a friendly and welcoming experience for every customer.
• Lead a fast‑paced retail sales business in a highly regulated industry.

• Competitive base pay ($85,000 - $90,000 USD).
