AE - Merchandise Leader; Part-Time

Your Role

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store always meets AEO Brand visual standards. You execute floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and keep the store guest ready through replenishment. You bring passion for visual standards, attention to detail, and a team mindset, representing company values and bringing your real self to work everyday.

• You support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring your store is always representative of AEO Brand Standards.
• You drive floorset execution by training and coaching the floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store are effectively executed to floorset standards – from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobes.
• You own day‑to‑day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments and replenishment, spotting opportunities and working with leadership to take action.
• You help the team understand how to maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments and replenishment so the store is always looking fresh.
• You keep the merchandising team’s #1 priority the guest experience, champion a culture of recognition, and celebrate wins with the team.
• You ensure store safety standards are maintained on the sales floor and in the stockroom, support shrink‑reducing strategies and adhere to all AEO policies and procedures.

• You have strong organization, attention to detail, priority‑setting and time‑management skills.
• You have flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
• You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills and a history of retail work.

• Starting pay is determined by experience and location.
