Join the Smart Bear sales team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Somerville, MA. Your work will drive the entire sales cycle by qualifying inbound leads, running outbound ABX campaigns, and generating a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.

As an SDR at Smart Bear:

• Work & qualify inbound leads via phone, email, and chat.
• Conduct high-volume outreach (60–100 activities per day).
• Convert qualified conversations/leads into pipeline for the sales team.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to generate targeted outbound campaigns.
• Receive consistent training and enablement on product knowledge and sales skills.

• 1–2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Highly coachable and eager to learn.
