Sales Support Representative - Commercial

Ferguson is hiring Sales Support Representatives to help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7am-4pm

• Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Effectively use a customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

• 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is strongly preferred.
• Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making decisions in a timely manner.
• Ability to react well in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated, customer‑service oriented, with the ability to build relationships.
• General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Quick learner of product knowledge and processes.

Monthly for salaried roles or hourly for all other roles: $22.45 - $35.89
. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
