• Guaranteed hourly rate & base pay

• Complete a comprehensive, hands‑on sales leadership training program
• Maintain a strong, visible leadership presence on the sales floor by actively selling, coaching, and driving performance
• Deliver personalized customer service while achieving individual and store sales goals
• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
• Promote and maintain a high‑performance sales culture focused on all products and services offered
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and performance management
• Partner with visual and operations teams to maintain a welcoming and visually appealing showroom
• Champion an exceptional guest experience from greeting through post‑sale follow‑up
• Support associates in resolving customer concerns with professionalism and empathy

• Retail sales or leadership experience required (Furniture/Selling experience is a plus)
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
• Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to drive results and create a high‑performance culture
