We're hiring an Enterprise Account Executive for a full-time opportunity based in Somerville, MA. This role is with a rapidly growing venture-backed technology startup building AI-powered industrial automation solutions that help manufacturers improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and accelerate digital transformation. You'll work at the intersection of AI, IoT, SaaS, and Industry 4.0 technologies, partnering with some of the world's largest consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturers.

If you enjoy building strategic relationships, selling complex technology solutions, and working with enterprise customers, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact. You'll own the entire sales cycle from prospecting through close, work directly with executive leadership, and help drive expansion into Fortune 500 manufacturing organizations.

Required Skills & Experience

+ 4+ years of enterprise sales experience

+ Experience selling SaaS, IoT, industrial technology, or manufacturing software solutions

+ Proven success selling into Enterprise CPG organizations ($6B+ revenue)

+ Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close

+ Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation experience

+ Experience building executive-level relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders

+ Proven track record of exceeding quota

+ Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience

+ Experience selling into the food and beverage industry

+ Experience selling AI, machine learning, Industry 4.0, or smart manufacturing solutions

+ Ability to articulate ROI and business value for enterprise technology investments

+ Engineering or technical degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or related field)

+ MBA preferred

+ Startup or high-growth technology company experience
