JOB TITLE:
Director of Business Development for the Corporate Work Study Program

President
- Drive growth in the number of funded Corporate Work Study (CWSP) positions for NDCR students by increasing the number of jobs and adding new regional partnerships.
- Identify and close new paid full‑time positions (FTEs) to meet enrollment and financial projections, with a target of at least 9 new FTEs for the 2026‑27 school year.
- Develop an overall sales strategy and plan, including metrics, maintain detailed activity logs in Salesforce, generate progress reports, and create weekly status updates.
- Lead the business‑development agenda with current and new CWSP partners: close contracts ranging from $11,000 to $38,000, proactively network and generate referrals, increase CWSP awareness, guide partners through contract and job‑description processes, conduct site visits, develop references, and support partner‑acquisition events.
- Collaborate with CWSP staff and NDCR staff: work with the Office Manager, establish a volunteer Partner Acquisition Committee, maintain sales collateral, attend regular meetings, and participate in monthly reviews with senior management and Board Members.
- Articulate the mission of NDCR with passion and commitment, building meaningful relationships with students, staff, and partners.
- Be a self‑motivated sales professional with strong organizational and people skills.
- Have a minimum of five years of business‑development and sales experience with a proven track record of lead generation and closing sales.
- Demonstrate ability to sell a new‑approach product to multiple organizational levels, including mid‑level supervisors and the C‑suite.
- Have experience working with businesses that pursue philanthropy in community service or education.
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and working knowledge of Salesforce.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree.
- Work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with senior‑level management.
Range: $75,000 – $95,000, based on experience.
