He brings more than 20 years of progressive experience in the commercial truck industry, with a career spanning parts, service, and truck sales. Most recently, he served as a District Parts Manager overseeing 30+ dealership locations across a seven-state Northeast territory, where he led both OEM and aftermarket parts growth strategies and partnered with dealer principals, parts managers, and fleet clients to drive revenue and brand penetration.
Earlier in his career, he earned recognition as a top-performing truck sales manager, capturing the region's highest volume of conquest truck sales, an achievement he credits to strategic data mining of prior customer relationships. As a Parts Sales Manager, he was named top performer for his region multiple times, and he helped transform an underperforming dealer from under $1M in total sales to more than $2M within a single year.
He holds expertise in dealer network development, aftermarket parts programs, market planning, and outside sales across multi-state territories. He is proficient in Salesforce, Siebel, and the Microsoft Office suite, and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification reflecting his commitment to process improvement and measurable outcomes.
Personal AttributesHe describes himself as a strong listener, loyal, honest, empathetic, and respectful. In the workplace, he is known for transparency, accountability, goal focus, and effective communication. He is a self-described hunter and nurturer who believes that attentive listening uncovers the connections that drive sales.
Personal PreferencesHe is seeking a Business Development Manager or District/Regional Sales Manager role with a base salary of $130K+, plus performance-based bonuses or commissions. He is based in the Northeast and is not open to relocation. He is comfortable with up to 50% travel and has extensive experience driving multi-state territories, preferring road travel over flying to maximize customer touchpoints along the way.
