We back this expectation with a highly lucrative compensation plan offering a $100,000 to $150K base salary and a $150 to $200,000 OTE

• Build the machine: Recruit, hire, and onboard top‑tier early‑career sales talent to build out the Boston SDR hub from the ground up.
• Lead from the front: Operate as a true player‑coach—run daily role‑plays, live call reviews, and jump on calls alongside your team.
• Drive the metrics: Establish and rigorously inspect daily activity, meetings, and pipeline generation to ensure consistent quota attainment.
• Architect the outbound: Build and execute targeted account strategies to convert market demand into highly qualified pipeline.

• Proven leadership: 3+ years of B2B technology sales experience, with at least 2+ years directly managing, hiring, and coaching a high‑performing SDR/BDR team.
• Talent developer: Demonstrated success in recruiting early‑career talent and developing them into quota‑crushing reps.
• Command the process: Deep understanding of outbound methodologies and fluency in modern sales stacks (Salesforce, CRM, intent platforms).
• Highly hands‑on: A strictly no‑ego leader who gives direct feedback and coaches in the moment. Experience in enterprise software is a massive advantage.
