Unarmed Security Guard- Retail

Hiring full-time and part-time Unarmed Security Officers for a retail site in Somerville. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours and have strong de‑escalation and customer service skills. Pay is $18–$21/hour based on experience.

• Conduct patrols via foot patrol or motor vehicle
• Serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activity
• Provide superior customer care and empathy to all individuals
• Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports
• Respond to security incidents and suspicious activities

• Current Security License
• Clean driving record and Driver’s License
• Attention to detail and superior integrity
• Effective communication skills
• Passion for creating a safe environment
• Minimum 21 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED
• Experience as a security officer (minimum 2 years)
